GOOD TO KNOW
A little help.
From your music card
to your first listen.
Does one code unlock every artist?
No. A code opens the release you purchased, or the albums specifically included in a purchased bundle. The same code format works across the site; it is not an all-access password.
What happens if my download stops?
Open My downloads in the same browser. You can retry for 7 days after activation without spending another code.
Can I switch devices?
Activate on the device and browser where you want to download. Access stays in that browser. Clearing its cookies or opening another browser removes that access; contact the artist for help.
How do I open my album?
Find the ZIP in your Downloads or Files folder, extract it, then open the songs in your music player. You need an internet connection to download, not to play the saved music.
Where do I get a code?
Buy a music card from the artist. The card identifies your release and includes a 13-digit access code. The site redeems cards; it does not take online payments.
